Often an article is not read ‘in depth’, at a time when full concentration is possible, so... a catchy lively style which does not demand too much of your reader and which follows a clear and logical structure is almost certain to be a good choice for my article. I will write in an informal manner, a chatty style. Being a teenager writing for teenagers is an advantage because I understand what is demanded. My language choices include such things as words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, layout and structure. My audience for the magazine is Years 7-13; the broad range means a large variety of aspects I can include. All these aspects will capture the readers’ eye and attention, hooks in the reader. My aim is to make it lively colourful and interesting, as well as exploiting the most important facts and information first.
